You are correct, desktop support is not going away. You can only do so much with remote support. Most of the PCs here 4 years old, it costs $50 for a new hard drive and a couple of hours to clone it. Budget it tight new PCs? no way so I have to keep them running. I have been in this business for 42 years, made a very good living doing so. John
