just wait until everything becomes virtual. I love pc tech support, did it for a couple years after college to get my feet wet but realized the young kids knew more than I did. Now I manage financial software and am a generalist for a niche area. I got out of the whole MCSE realm once I realized everyone and their dog was doing it. Although, I still think someone getting their certs proves they are somewhat dedicated.
