Unfair about Outlook (for once)
I have to agree with both of Paul's observations. Flash is fundamentally good. But Sites are only as good as the programmer that makes them. The same with Outlook. If you are a home user using outlook, you should probably use a web based Mail service. But if you are a medium to large business and you are not using an enterprise mail system, then you need to reexamine your strategy. Exchange and Outlook are very good as long as you have a good IT team to set them up and support them. Also, including Outlook (part of a commercial enterprise software suite) in an article with free stuff like Adobe reader and Yahoo smacks of an Anti-Microsoft slant. I thought you were better than that. Microsoft Office software has enough to complain about on it's own.
