I understand all about the 32-bit limitations, that was precisely why I installed the 64-bit version of Vista Ultimate. But that doesn't change what's recognized by the BIOS, which of course I fully updated prior to making any other changes to the system. According to the HP idiot I spoke to on the phone, it should be capable of seeing all of the memory.
