I work for a company that professes to having a methodolgy. We do have a place to store doucments but the documents go in they die there. We by pass processes all day every day in order to win business, regardless of if we even have a product to meet client's needs. We once built a product for a client with a $50,000 implementation fee. The cost of resources to build the product was $140,000. I will take us 7.5 years to just break even. Everything we do now is based on a sales ACV.
