Wouldn't it be sweet if Soloway was convicted and sent up? Prisoners find him and lay into him with axe handles, beating him mercilessly within an inch of his life. He takes two months to recover. Oddly enough, his head isn't damaged, as the prisoners wish to insure his continued cognizance of his situation.

Upon release from the prison hospital, he is again accosted and beaten to within an inch of his life. He again recovers, is released and the cycle begins all over again.

When he finally dies, many years in the future, after uncounted beatings, he is sent to Hell, where he awaits similar treatment. However, this time there is no hospital, no making sure his head is untouched because Hell provides its own cognizance inducing drugs. Soloway faces eternity being beaten brutally with an axe handle.
