I'm guessing not.
Those functions are part of the e-mail client being used, not of the message itself. Once you've sent it, it's the recipients' choice what to do with it.

You can semi-disable 'Reply to All' by using 'BCC:' (Blind carbon copy) to specify addresses instead of 'To:' or 'CC:'. Doing so will result in 'Reply To All' going only yourself and no one else on the original distribution.

Is it possbile to disable the reply/reply to all/forward option in a email message that I am sending to multiple addresses? If so, how do I?
