The Girl Genius Novel.

I?m sure those of you that are utterly and frustratingly obsessed with http://www.girlgeniusonline.com/ already know that 01.12.11 is Girl Genius Day. I will admit, I cheated and ordered my hard-back copy of Agatha H. & The Air Ship City early. Who could honestly wait after it was announced? I mean, seriously people?

The book was great and followed the web comic exactly. But then, is the reason to read it at all? You mean, other than the reason that it?s Girl Genius?

Yes actually. The novel itself gives some depth to characters that isn?t given in the comic as well as more information about their situations. Also there are some scenes that aren?t depicted in the comic. For example, Krosp and Dr. Dimm?s relationship.

So if you love Girl Genius, then yes, buy the book! If you don?t love Girl Genius, then you obviously haven?t read it and then yes, buy the book!
