Let Excel's conditional formatting keep you abreast of upcoming due dates

After reading this, I modified a maintenance renewal log to reflect upcoming renewals as: Green 60-90 days; Yellow 30-60 days; and Red 0-30 days. I also have status column for: Pending, In-Work, Submitted and Completed.

This tip is great for renewals that are coming due. If a renewal slips by, how could I expand the conditional formating to flag a renewal that is past today's date and does not have a status of "Completed"?
