I actually try to avoid the conversation. Most people that I work with who know who I am as a person, will know how I am going to vote. I think that sometimes it causes two much distraction from the work we are trying to get done together.

However, if its friends and its after hours or in things outside of work, I am more than willing to have a healthy discussion of the pros and cons of one candidate vs the other.
