I hope you are on your own now - because you are clearly under-utilised if just as a geek.
Now that you are building a business for yourself:
- Establishing the sales initial sales networks before your sales guys take over;
- Planning pay initial pay scales;
- Interviewing and recruiting your immediate staff;
- Building partnerships;
- Organising your financial and technical resource to be able to hold your head up;
and the gamut of all that it takes to build a business, watch out for geeks like you who will be on your team - because they will not understand why you 'earn' what you earn.
