I can't help with that one, but here is another "experience" requirement that I encountered during my job search this summer:

"Ability to successfully execute many complex tasks simultaneously"

My first thoughts were 1) grocery store checker and 2) circus performer but no, this opening was for a ".NET and SQL Database Developer," which is exactly what I do in spite of not being able to juggle. Thankfully, I never heard from them.
