I'm sure that there is a replacement for Pinnacle Studio, though I don't know what or where.

However, for Corel Draw, you could use the GIMP (GNU Image Manipulation Program), which is a lot like Photoshop. Or, you could use Krita, which is a decent painting program for the KDE desktop. Further, you could probably just use OO.o Draw as a replacement for Corel Draw. I have never personally used Corel Draw, so I don't know which of these is closer to it...just check each of them out and find the one that you like.
