I hope you find the article helpful. You know, I put off installing Outlook 2007 because you can't have two versions on the same system, which is inconvenient for me. But, I like Outlook 2007. It isn't as customizable as it use to be, but so far, that's not been a problem.
I have no ribbons in my Outlook 2007 SR-1 at all. Are they a third party add-in?

Ribbons are part of the 2007 interface. Perhaps you're just not looking in the right place. In any view, click New and you'll see the ribbon in the new item window. The larger interface shell still has the traditional menu.

Create a Virtual Machine with Office 2003 just for the support perspective. When a user who wants to find out how something in 2003 is translated over in Outlook 2007, you can switch to the VM to compare features. It is also helpful for the few users you may have that are stuck with 2003 for a short period during transition.
How can I assign shortcut keys in the Email-Editor of Outlook 2007?

I tried it in "Editor Options", then in Word Shortcuts, cause Word is the Email Editor.

Nothing did work!!

Would like to assign GrowFont a shortcut key.

The keyboard shortcut for this is Ctrl + Shift + > (that's the greater than sign above the period key). Use the less than sign for shrinking the font in the body.

for this is CTRL + [ (left bracket) for shrinking and CTRL + ] (right bracket) for increasing the font size.
It was very helpful and insightful too.

I'm glad you found the article useful. For myself, I found the transition to Outlook 2007, the easiest of the whole suite.
Very Good. Keep this for the others to read it.
Thank you for your excellent tips.
