I actually had an Arbitration clause in
there, and decided to strike it. My client
and I could still agree to arbitration, but I
didn't want to take legal action off the
table.

I was hoping to hear from you on this post,
herlizness -- given your legal background
(thanks for not disappointing me). Could you
elaborate on the pros and cons of mediation
or arbitration as you see them?
