User: Well i put the CD in the drive and close the latch, but it doesn't show up
on my computer.

Tech: can you open my computer and tell me what you see.

User: A:\ drive B:\ drive C\:drive

tech: No d drive?

User: no. I'm putting it in b:\drive

tech: You close the latch huh, That's a 5 1/4 inch floppy drive, same size as a
cd drive, but not able to read the optical disc, it's a magnetic disc drive.. you'll
need to return the game to the shop or buy a CD drive.

User: OH.
