i have to combine two columns in one column like select test1 + '-' + test2 as test from test_master using sql server ce 2000

Absolute rubbish. No explanation whatsoever regarding SQL Server CE Connectivity Management Console. I can't find it. Where is it? I have installed SQL Server 2005 and SQL Server Compact 3.5. I have also installed the Server Tools. So, what do I have to install next?
