How insightful to suggest that we in IT have somehow forgotten that we are performing a service for business people who probably don't know much about technology except how to sign-in to MSN or AOL. Too often we expect our business partners to speak our jargon and appreciate all the little techie artifacts we produce that don't mean a darn thing to them. And then we call them 'dumb users'
