Thanks for the tip...I think I found a solution.

Previously, I was trying to set conditions for the entire sheet. I found that if I grouped my items together, then set conditions specific to each group, I can get the results I wanted.

I have found that each cell is limited to 3 conditions max, but each cell can have different conditions.
