Short cut missing
Sorry another long delay for response....
At least 2 ways to accomplish what you want.
1. Do a real macro.(no help this side, sorry)
2. Do a fake macro by adding to it to the autocorrect dictionary. Maybe something like TheR after hitting space, right click "mispelled word". Choose autocorrect-> autocorrect options -> in replace retype TheR; in With type The Retirement Plan of Witchita County of the United States of America -> save.
Be sure to add the autocorrect options to the various machines you work on.
