Do a fake macro by adding to it to the autocorrect dictionary. Maybe something like TheR after hitting space, right click &quot;mispelled word&quot;. Choose autocorrect-&gt; autocorrect options -&gt; in replace retype TheR; in With type The Retirement Plan of Witchita County of the United States of America -&gt; save.Be sure to add the autocorrect options to the various machines you work on.]]></description>

        <description><![CDATA[The shortcut I liked the most was the one where you could add a string of characters that you always typed  (The Retirement Plan of Witchita County of the United States of America, eg) and as soon as you started typing that like the entire thing would appear so you did not have to tyep it.  I've looked and looked in the new version but cannot find.  If it's there and I'm missing it, please reply!!]]></description>
