how to configure bgp for two backbone router are connected to one ISP router.how to set upload & download path for ISP router & load balancing

i have one solution,but i don't know it is right or wrong.please tell me what is solution for this.
For upload through backbone 1
neighbor 198.168.10.1 remote-as 300 weight 50
neighbor 172.16.10.1 remote-as 200 weight 100
for download through backbone 2
route-map backbone 1 permit 30
set as-path prepend 250 250 250
