I have run into a situation before...
It was the cnetcf.dll, it is related to Vundo.

That one was a painful infestation to remove. It required booting into a UBCD4Win CD, and manually removing the files, editing the registry etc. It was a BAD (insert explicative) to get rid of.

The Malwarebytes did pick it up as an issue but after several scans/reboots it would not remove it. I also tried McAfee AV, AVG Free edition, Spybot S&D, Lavasoft AdAware and they picked it up, but could not get rid of it.
