Thanks for writing it up, the faster this gets into more hands the better for the bandwidth out there.
My buddy has an idea: global reinstall day. Everyone get all system updates, AV and mbam downloaded to an external HD, then reinstall all systems and update, with the machines entirely off line.
Viri and such all gone. We could afford to shut down all commerce even for 2 days if necessary.
Great idea, but of course...
Until then there's some decent tools, mbam being the one that gets the most mileage.
