GotoMeeting. It seems to work well.

I've played around with DimDim, but haven't used it for any real meetings yet. I couldn't find anything wrong with it, though, and it is free. You can even host it yourself.
Honestly, the only difference seems to be cost...

I'll have to check out DimDim...
