I have been using 2 products by Iobit (www.iobit.com) called Advanced System Care and Smart Defrag. Both come in a totally free version and ASC also has a paid option that has a few more bells and whistles. I have been using both products at home and with budgets being what they are, I have also been using them on computers where I work. One thing I like about Smart Defrag is that you can set it up to auto defrag a hard disk on a weekly, bi-weekly, etc. schedule when a computer is not in use. As it is hard to get to each computer at work on a regular basis, this is a good maintenance tool to help keep systems running well.
