I am having trouble installing software. I am installing software for a user without admin rights, and I cannot give this user admin rights. So I install the software under my user name (YES I have admin rights) and it works fine but when the user who will be using the software logs in, he does not have full functionality of the Application.

Also I have tried installing the software logged in as the user without admin rights and using the "run-as" option. I still run into the same problem.

The computer is running XP PRO service pack 3

Any help with this issue would be greatly appreciated !!!
