Found far better options after some research.
I have a DPM Server running as a VM on HyperV. I have no troubles securing the other members in my Domain but i can not install the DPM Agent on the host system where DPM runs as a guest system. Did i understand that wright? Is it possible to Secure the HyperV host with all Guests where DPM runs as a guest?
Thanks for answering my Question!

This is so sick, it is the 21st century and people are still resorting to the command line.
