A change (from what I remember anyway) in Word 2007 from previous versions is the syntax for inserting "Page 1 of 15" into the header or footer. Something I do for the boss and myself when I know the pages of a document will be shuffled around the conference table for analysis; as opposed to stapled together. I thought the syntax was Page {PAGE} of {PAGES} but in 2007 it's Page {PAGE} of {NumPages}. Maybe I'm just not remembering correctly.
