Although I really do question the person who filled a memory stick with porn and somehow passed it along with an item to be sold in retail.

If you go to the Service Desk in a Walmart, there is a big sign that any product sold can be returned within 90 day with receipt. If a clerk does not give satisfaction, the manager names, pictures and phone numbers are in plain sight too. Did she wait until after 90 days to give the product to her son?

Also, if the son wanted the Nitendo DS so badly, then why did she not get another, plus the $20 card and open it right there infront of them to be sure there were not others with rocks in them. (Of course some Walmarts just return money and let you go buy anything you want.)
