This lack of focus is apparent in Microsoft Live and Office Live. Hard to use and unclear in concept. Is the workspace for collaboration or a true alternative to trying to keep several computers synchronized? The fact that I can't easily put my outlook calendar in my workspace is only one example. Great ideas but no real pro consumer follow through.
