I remember my first few ISP providers. One provided 10 meg per user for a personal website. Even when I was doing business websites; we couldn't fill 10 meg. I can see how pages are at 3 meg each now though. It's obsurd but Flash, unprocessed giant resolution images, audio/video.. it adds up quick.
