First of all I have never maintained anything except a network. And yes the best place for "free" Audio CD's is the library or another free legit source on the internet. You might try going to a library some time. I am sure you can search on the internet for you local library or maybe a city closer that is a little larger than the one you live in. Ask your parents or maybe your high school teacher I am sure they can help.

On a personal note you might try some fiber in your diet or some loser underwear. You seem really up tight about a simple suggestion.
