Good one... yes, these are the major genaral road blocks. Others and most common are
1. going for a BIG-Bang approach.
2. all ITIL wants is to align your current process towards common and repeatable processes. But this statement is over carried. Many companies or individuals stay with their process don't want to change or even align to ITIL best practices.
