The candidate would have a complete knowledge of the job, its requirements, and qualifications, the company and its history. The candidate would be easy-going or aggressive depending on the job requirements. (Think receptionist or salesman) The candidate would have no emotional baggage and be emotionally well adjusted. And so on.
Now, you be that candidate.
Visualize the perfect candidate. You be that.
The little things like sweatty palms or such will just fall away.
