When I go to interview. It usually takes some time before the interviewer is available or it might be some other candidates turn.

I make an excuse such as bathroom / Shower room which allows me to have a peak inside the company atmosphere, people, employee, work culture, size etc.. While this may not give me a perfect picture , but based on this I can start assessing the company which can later be used to figure out during the interview
