In Virginia, the state Career and Technical Ed (CTE) folks are being pushed by the State DOE to certify students in the subject areas they teach. MOUS certification is a big part of the end of term testing in CTE classes for many students. There seems to be no certification for open source other than the CompTIA tests, anyone know of any?
