you can achieve this if you copy the whole sheet (along with the chart if on a different sheet) to a new workbook, then select Edit, Links and click the Break Link option on the right and confirm
this will convert all linked references to their values, leaving all other formulae intact
you can even copy just a chart and do this (providing the series don't cover too much data)
