Go out an buy Neverwinter Nights Diamond Edition install it and see if it will run.

I installed in on Windows 7 build 7100 and Windows tells me it's not compatible. Even with the XP SP2 compatibility mode. Still isn't compatible eg will not run and the compatibility window pops up.

I like Windows 7 but backward compatibility is an iffy issue.
