Windows 7 RC is better than Windows 7 Beta, but...
Windows 7 RTM is best of all. 
also, XP mode is now RC. Make sure you are using that and not the XP Mode beta. IF it still doesn't work with Windows 7 RTM, then wait for the XP Mode RTM.
