I tend not to do the telling people off.

Although, I almost did throw my one boss out the window when, during one of his yelling sessions at me on a day my father was under anesthesia and having surgery (which he has trouble coming out of), the boss looks at me when I start getting upset and says:

"You better get that look off your face."

I almost flipped, stood up, grabbed him, and proceeded to let him fly out the 4th floor plate glass window.

Needless to say, I left that job a few months later.

But, I don't take being degraded by anyone...ANYONE. I'm an adult now, and anyone who can not treat me as such won't even get a word from me.
