how strict and formal the interview was.
Could be something quite prosiac.
Like it's a big commute, but then you can tell them you've done further for years.
Not so much looking at ticking the box, as making sure they don't turn blank into an X. Once you get to the shortlist, it tends to be more of a search for negatives as the tie breaker, instead of positives.
