Okay, I have one question.
When can I start?!?!? 
I have friends in Holland who have been looking for me a job there. I was shocked to find out my friend who works as an engineer gets more time off a year in vacation than I do for vacation and sick leave combined.
When he told me that he has unlimited sick leave, I about died. If I take more than 2 days off without a terminal or serious medical issue, people start looking at you funny and treating you like some kind of no-good.
