I guess the rest of Point 5 doesn't apply either then.
I guess you don't have to discuss sick days, vacation days, pension plans or any other negotiated benefits either. Point 5 covered more than health insurance, but overlook the details and get the general meaning: you need to discuss any benefits that you might be still be eligible for or that may end with your employment - gym or credit union memberships, software discounts, use of company supplied broadband at home, etc.
