Point #1 - two weeks' notice
My employment agreement/policy specifically states: "either you or the Company may terminate the employment relationship at any time, for any reason, with or without cause or prior notice" and another clause states "Nothing [...] shall require the Company to have just or good cause to terminate the employment [...]."
I've been burned out, forced to bend backwards, disrespected, and lied to. Over the past couple months I've also watched some 65% of the staff be summarily laid off.
So on earth why would I give 2 weeks' notice once I find a new job??
