While it is true that more often than not I simply show up and it fixes itself, we actually have a developer that the reverse is true for. In fact we don't release a new service offering unless Cathy has taken a look at the machine personally. If it survives her inspection, we feel we can put it out. However, I have actually been in the room on the machine when she approached and the server litterally died. primary and redundant power supply faulted at the same time in an HP Proliant DL360 G5....I wasn't a believer until that day.
