As professionals we are willing to invest in learning. However I have a few clients who have jumped into Vista/Ribbon versions and are not willing to lose hours when busy making company survive finding where previous functions now "hide" with Ribbon. I have mentioned being able to customise options. Most common answer so far, " I just want to do this excel document NOW and get out to my customer, not wait for you to reset my machine"
