Members answer TR Dojo Challenge: How do you take a Widows UAC screenshot?
In last week's TR Dojo Challenge question, I asked TechRepublic members how to capture a screenshot of the Windows UAC prompt.

How can you take a screen shot of the Windows UAC prompt?

Well, the answers are in and the TR swag has been earned.

1. techrepublic@... - who first suggested changing the group policy
2. Jacky Howe - who provided the registry key and the Windows 7 tip
3. GG - who was the first to suggest running Windows in a virtual machine and taking a screenshot of the VM's window when the UAC prompt appears
4. DLeach4512@... - who was the first to suggest that you use Remote Desktop

Congratulations to those who were first with the correct answers and earned a bit of TechRepublic swag.

You can find out why Windows doesn't let you take a screenshot of the UAC prompt by default and read a complete description of each solution in this discussion threads post.

Take a screenshot of the Windows UAC prompt with a registry or group policy edit
