I too have a pTouch printer connected to the computer and have tried printing several different ways. When I used the barcode option everything looked right but the library wouldn't read it. I tried printing two different sizes, use MS Word to generate the code, and other things without success. It looks like the scanner is looking for a particular size as well. The factory labels have a bar code that is about 2" long and the pTouch is either too long or short.
