Will Chaster agrees with this in principle, but recognizes that there is a lot more to this than covered in this article.
This also applies to hardware refresh cycles,and the end users lack of interest in how or where files are store - and why should they have to.
Maybe the OS is not the place to start, but a third party software vendor in creating a deployment tool?
